- Pull together your open quotes and how long each has been sitting.
- Write a 3-step follow-up sequence with Claude: a friendly check-in, a value reminder, a final 'still keen?'.
- Set the timing for each step, for example day 3, day 7 and day 14.
- Give Claude your quote list so it knows which ones are still open and which have already converted.
- Set a daily or weekly check so nothing gets chased twice, or missed altogether.
- Review anything Claude drafts before it goes out, at least until you trust the tone.
